This 2-hour, in-person workshop is taught in English at various locations across Copenhagen, or can be hosted in your home or a location of your choice.

Build the skills to quickly identify and assess an emergency situation to respond calmly and appropriately.
Learn how to recognize food-related allergic reactions, respond appropriately, and know when urgent medical care is needed.

Know when to call emergency services and exactly what to say to get the right help quickly and clearly.
This option allows you to manage the time, place, and attendees for the course. Perfect for friends, families and caregivers, parenting 'barsel' groups, businesses and organizations.

A 2-hour, practical, in-person course in English for 1-4 people that will teach you vital information and skills for weaning. I will provide all equipment and educational materials, you provide the space and invite the guests.

These courses are designed for parents, caregivers, grandparents, babysitters, au-pairs and anyone who looks after babies and young children. No medical background needed, just a willingness to learn.
The course is hosted in English and all educational materials provided will be in in English.
Yes! Babies in arms are very welcome at in-person courses. I want the environment to be as inclusive and relaxed as possible. If your baby needs a feed or a cuddle, that’s absolutely fine. Feel free to reach out if you need to discuss specific needs regarding this and we will do whatever we can accommodate.
These workshops are for educational purposes and are not officially certified for workplace or childcare qualifications. If you need a certified course, I’m happy to help point you in the right direction.
I'm a UK-trained paediatrician, with international clinical and teaching experience. I’m also trained by the UK Resuscitation Council to teach newborn life support, and I’ve taught at multiple medical schools. I’m a mum of two, born in Denmark and France, and a NICU mama myself.
